Incident Details

• A Ford E-250 panel van was traveling south on San Casa Drive at approximately 8:45 p.m.
• A 55-year-old Englewood man riding a bicycle was attempting to cross San Casa Drive.
• The van struck the bicyclist, who died at the scene.
• The driver left the area, reportedly dragging the bicycle beneath the van.
• Authorities later located the van with the bicycle still lodged underneath and arrested the driver on a charge of leaving a crash involving death.
